English for Tourism and Hospitality is designed to provide students with the skills and vocabulary to communicate confidently and in a variety of common situations that arise with guests, visitors and tourists.

To whom it is addressed

This course is designed for owners or managers of hotels, bed & breakfasts, rooming houses, vacation rentals, and apartment hosts, as well as for all staff in hotels and accommodations.

Goals

By the end of the course, students will be able to: interact effectively with their guests, handle unexpected requests, provide visitors with tourist itineraries and suggestions, and successfully promote the beautiful city of Palermo.

    How to talk about different types of attractions and points of interest.

    Examine real resources such as brochures, websites and tourist itineraries.
